These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Raidzo (the "Service"), operated by [Legal Entity Name] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Raidzo is a work-tracking and inventory-management platform: boards, sprints, custom fields, roles and permissions, inventory tracking, supply requests, and purchase orders, offered on a per-organization, per-user-seat basis.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account and organization. Keep your login credentials confidential - you're responsible for anything done with them.
Every organization gets a free tier covering up to a set number of users. Beyond that, additional user seats are purchased as a one-time payment for a chosen period (monthly or yearly), processed via Razorpay. Purchased seats remain active until the end of the paid period; there is no automatic recurring billing - continued access to paid seats after that period requires a new purchase. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.
You retain ownership of the data, files, and content your organization stores in Raidzo. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it solely to provide and support the Service to you.
You may stop using the Service and delete your organization's data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
