• Organization data: projects, work items, comments, custom fields, inventory records, and anything else you or your team enter into Raidzo.
• Payment information: when you purchase additional seats, payment is handled entirely by Razorpay - we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank account details ourselves. We receive only the payment status and amount.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use it

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and enforce access permissions within your organization.
• To process seat purchases and maintain billing records.
• To send account-related notifications (assignments, mentions, reminders) and, where relevant, service updates.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse or security incidents.

3. Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share information only with: Razorpay (for payment processing), infrastructure providers who host the Service on our behalf, and when required by law.

We retain organization data for as long as the organization's account is active. If you delete your account or a project, associated data is removed within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (e.g. payment records).
