Raidzo is a software-as-a-service product delivered entirely online - there is no physical shipping involved. This page explains how and when access is delivered after a purchase.
Access to Raidzo begins immediately upon successful account registration, at no cost, within the free tier's seat limit.
When an organization purchases additional seats, access is granted automatically as soon as payment is verified - typically within seconds of completing checkout, and in all cases within a few minutes even in the rare case a manual check is needed. No further action is required from you; the organization's seat limit updates on its own.
If a payment was completed but your organization's seat count doesn't reflect it within 30 minutes, contact us at [[email protected]] with your organization name and the Razorpay payment ID from your confirmation, and we'll resolve it promptly.
