What a startup actually needs from an issue tracker
Early on the job is simple: write down every bug and idea, decide what's next, and see who's on what. A tracker that needs a day of configuration - or a dedicated admin - slows that down.
Raidzo starts with sensible defaults - To Do, In Progress and Done - and lets you change them when you need to, not before.
Everything you need, nothing you have to configure
Issue keys and short links
Every issue gets a key like APP-42 and a short link (/browse/APP-42) to drop into chat or a commit message.
Fast to use
Press C to create an issue, / to search, and Ctrl+K to jump to any page, project or issue.
Board or list
Drag issues across columns, or switch to a list. Filter by assignee, type, priority, label or sprint.
Subtasks and blockers
Break big work into subtasks and mark what blocks what - you're told when a blocker is done.
Comments and @mentions
Discuss on the issue, @mention a teammate, attach files, and see every change in its history.
Shape it when you're ready
Add statuses, issue types like Bug or Story, labels and custom fields when the team needs them.
Honest about what's not there yet
Raidzo has no Git or CI integration, no automation rules and no importer yet. If your team depends on those, a larger tool will suit you better for now.
If what you need is a fast place to track issues, plan sprints and ship - with release notes generated from the sprint - Raidzo keeps out of your way.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free issue tracker for a small startup?
Yes - Raidzo is free for up to 5 users with every feature included, sprints and release notes too. Beyond 5 users it's ₹149 per user per month.
Can I track bugs and features separately?
Yes. Use issue types like Bug, Story or Task, filter the board by type, and bugs are grouped under Bug Fixes in your release notes.
Does it work without sprints?
Yes. Sprints are optional - you can use the board as a simple flow from To Do to Done.
Does Raidzo integrate with GitHub?
Not yet. Issue keys and /browse short links make it easy to reference issues from commits and pull requests by hand.
