Who: The owner, and people they allow to see the dashboard.

The totals at the top: daily reports in today, overdue items, and time lost to hindrances this week.
One row per project with its daily reports for the last 14 days, overdue count and progress.
Each project is marked Needs attention, Keep an eye on or On track - the page explains exactly how.
